SWIMMING POOL

The Newport Beach Tennis Club features a Junior Olympic sized heated swimming pool.

Swim some laps, cool off after a great match, meet some friends or bring the family down for a fun-filled day. During summer, the poolside bar is open where guests can order food and drinks. It is home to parties, live music and family movie nights. Shower and locker room facilities, complete with towel service, is available to members.

Our aquatic facility is designed for leisure swimming, competitive swim training, and therapy conditioning.

The Newport Beach Tennis Club has certified and experienced Aquatic instructors for all your adult and junior swimming needs.

Newport Beach Tennis Club Pool Rules

Pool Hours Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:00pm | Saturday and Sunday 6:30am-7:00pm

• Members and guests must sign in with the Front Desk or the Pool Attendant.

• Adult Only (16 years and up) lap swim from 6:30am till 12:00pm daily. Unless notified.

• No guests or children 15 years and under are allowed from 6:30am until 12:00pm daily.

• Maximum 45-minute lap swim and maximum 2 people per lane. Please shares lanes during highly utilized times.

• Family swim in designated area from 12:00pm to close daily.

• Members of all ages are permitted to swim laps in designated area after 12:00pm daily.

• Swimsuits and POOL DIAPERS MANDATORY for children 3 years old and younger.

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

• No glass containers allowed in the pool area.

• Please WALK on the decks. No running allowed.

• No throwing balls or any other objects within the pool area.

• No horseplay (no pushing, jumping on people, throwing people in, holding people under the water or loud language) allowed.

• Do not hang on or move the lane lines.

• No large inflatable water toys, mattresses, or boogie boards.

• No flips or head-first dives allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed in the entire pool area.

• No outside food or drinks, or coolers allowed as food can be purchased at the club.

• Swim lessons and instruction may occur year-round Monday to Thursday from 1:00pm daily.

• No outside swim instructors permitted, all instruction is to be from NBTC instructors and programming.

• Events at the Pool Area may occur year-round and will be communicated in advance.

• First aid kit located in Aquatics Office and Front Desk.

• There are no lifeguards on duty and parents are responsible for watching their children while utilizing the pool area.

• Limit one towel per person
